The total payment of the packages / tours must be made 48 hours prior to the beginning date of the travel program. Cash is the only acceptable form of payment (American dollars or Nuevos soles). The type of change (American dollars or Nuevos Soles) given for payments made in Soles will be determined by the Agency.
The payments must be deposited in our bank account. Please refer to the banking data with bio Manu expeditions consult with us before sending any currency that is not US Dollars. You must inform us of payments made via email.
Every cancellation made by the passenger 45 days or less prior to the beginning date of the tour package will be subject to a penalty of 30 % of the program price for administrative expenses.
Every cancellation made by the passenger 30 days or less prior to the beginning date of the tour package will be subject to a penalty of 50 % of the program price for administrative expenses.
Every cancellation made by the passenger less of 30 days prior the beginning date of the tour will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the program price.
You can change the name of your reservation or transfer it to another person, notification of transfer of name should be sent in writing 25 days before departure, together with details of the person who will be taking his place.
All date changes of tour services are subject to a 15% charge of the total cost of the tour (please consult our office for availability on another date).
We reserve the right to modify the route taking into consideration the best for our passengers. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure or any because that is beyond our control, such as an event of nature.
Occasionally we have to make some changes (including price change) due to cancellations of trains, tickets or hotels ticket, and change of route or by force majeure. Forces greater which are beyond our control
Reasons due to weather, inconveniences derived from actions of nature, examples of force majeure: earthquakes, river conditions and conditions of roads, natural disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions such as heavy rains.

Once a tour has begun, parts of a tour or other tour services that a tourist chooses to not participate in will not be reimbursed
Some of Bio Manu Expeditions s itineraries have been designed to provide participants with an exposure to the true nature of the environment visited. They therefore involve an element of personal risk, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to the client, his/her property or to third parties. The client understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity and therefore assumes them as part of the tour. The client accepts that he/she is aware of his physical and health condition and that, under the knowledge of this he/she decides to undertake the above-mentioned risks. The client excludes Bio Manu Expeditions from any responsibility linked to any accident or injury that may occur.
At all times the decision of the company’s guide or representative will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety and well being of the tour group. You have to follow the instructions of the guide at all times.
The client must at all times strictly comply with the laws and drug regulations of Peru. Should the client fail to comply with the above, or should the client interfere with the well being of the group then the guide or company representative may order the client to leave the tour without any refund.
The client must be in possession of a valid passport. The original document or at least a copy has to be carried in the tour.
We strongly advise you to get travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that it covers cancellations and loss of luggage.

Guests should be in good physical health in order to be able to make the most of their jungle tour. Exploring the area involves the use of small, motorized canoes and at times may include some wet landings. Daily excursions may include walking on irregular terrain, and getting in and out of the skiffs occasionally requires some physical effort. Walking excursions may last up to three hour. Malaria and yellow fever vaccinations are not required for Peru bound travelers coming into the Amazon region, but are recommended.
